1. What Water Solutions is

Water Solutions is a commercial catalog operated by ALLIANCE within its ecosystem, published at watersolutions.alliance.org.mx, presenting water treatment, reuse and desalination technology families based on documentation received from manufacturers. Its purpose is for an industrial buyer to identify a line of interest and share their project's data with ALLIANCE.

2. ALLIANCE's commercial role

  • ALLIANCE organizes the buyer's requirement and presents it to the relevant manufacturer, following up on its technical and commercial evaluation.
  • ALLIANCE is not the manufacturer of the equipment presented in this catalog.
  • ALLIANCE does not confirm inventory, availability, or issue an automatic quote through this site.
  • ALLIANCE does not guarantee a technology is suitable for a specific application without a prior technical review by the manufacturer.

3. Information provided by manufacturers

The technical information presented in each solution sheet comes from documentation provided by the corresponding manufacturer (EGEOINC, Vision Power) and may change without notice. Each sheet indicates its exact source (document and page) and distinguishes what the manufacturer declares from what is still pending confirmation.

Including a manufacturer in this catalog does not imply that ALLIANCE has exclusive representation, confirmed distribution, or a current commercial agreement with that brand; nor does it imply confirmed authorization to use its names, logos or images beyond the preliminary commercial review for which they were received.

4. Non-binding nature of an inquiry

Browsing the catalog, opening a sheet, or sending a requirement through this site, by email, or by WhatsApp, is a commercial inquiry and does not create a purchase order or a supply obligation for either party. Availability, configuration, price, delivery, warranty and service for any solution are determined and confirmed only in a specific proposal, following the corresponding technical review with the manufacturer.

5. Brand and content ownership

The names, logos and images of EGEOINC and Vision Power belong to their respective rights holders. The ALLIANCE logo is the property of ALLIANCE. Their presentation in this catalog is for commercial review purposes and should not be interpreted as a transfer of rights or authorization to use them beyond what is described here.

6. Changes to these terms

ALLIANCE may update these terms to reflect changes to the catalog or its commercial operation. The current version will always be available on this page.
