1. Data controller

ALIANZA DE PETRÓLEO GAS Y ENERGÍA SAPI DE CV ("ALLIANCE"), with address at Bismarck 35-A, Colonia Moderna, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, 03510, Mexico City, is the controller responsible for the personal data visitors choose to share through this microsite, Water Solutions, published at watersolutions.alliance.org.mx and operated within the ALLIANCE ecosystem.

2. Personal data collected

Through the requirement builder, visitors may voluntarily provide: name, company, email, phone, country, project location, sector, application, water characteristics, flow rate, target timeline and remarks. This microsite does not run events, does not process payments and does not collect sensitive personal data; unlike the corporate site, there are no event or webinar registration forms here — the only data-capture mechanism is the requirement builder.

3. Purpose of processing

Data the visitor chooses to include in their requirement is used so ALLIANCE can provide commercial follow-up: organizing the information as a structured requirement and, when relevant to evaluate the project, sharing the necessary data with the corresponding manufacturer (e.g., EGEOINC or Vision Power) so it can carry out its technical and commercial evaluation.

Sending the requirement is the visitor's own decision: this microsite does not transmit data automatically to any receiving system. The summary is generated in the visitor's browser so they themselves decide whether to send it by email or WhatsApp.

4. Sharing data with manufacturers

When a visitor sends their requirement, ALLIANCE may share the relevant data with the manufacturer identified as pertinent to the project, solely to facilitate its technical and commercial evaluation.

This notice is also shown briefly next to the sending options in the requirement builder, at the moment the visitor decides to send their request: "By sending your requirement to ALLIANCE, we may share with the relevant manufacturer the data needed to evaluate your project." The site only prepares that message; it is the visitor who decides to send it from their own email or WhatsApp.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This microsite's code does not set its own cookies or use localStorage/sessionStorage — verified directly in the browser. The hosting that serves this microsite at watersolutions.alliance.org.mx may add its own infrastructure-level cookies; the detail and status of that verification are documented in the Cookie policy.

6. Data retention

Data the visitor chooses to share is not stored on any server of this microsite: the summary is generated locally in their browser and sent through the channel they choose. ALLIANCE will retain, in its own email or WhatsApp systems, only what is necessary to provide commercial follow-up to the request, per its internal retention policies.

7. Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection over personal data shared with ALLIANCE at any time, by sending a request to info@alliance.org.mx, indicating: full name, the right they wish to exercise, a clear description of the relevant data, and how they wish to receive a response.

8. Changes to this notice

ALLIANCE may update this notice to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes to the microsite. The current version will always be available on this page.
